New distributors for Bittner Audio
Samjin Commerce Corp. is Bittner’s exclusive distributor in South Korea since middle of 2006. Samjin Commerce has made its name with high-class end-to-end audio services. The company’s references range from a worldcup stadium to complex installations for example in governmental buildings and educational and scientific establishments, in places of worship, or in arts centres. Examples are the Maritime-Fisheries Affairs Ministry, the Lotteworld Musical Theater, the Daewoo Shipbuilding Headoffice, and the Korea Basic Science Institute.
Since summer 2006 Informationsteknik Scandinavia A/S represents Bittner Audio in Denmark. The company is internationally known for creative audiovisual solutions. Examples are sound, conference, voting and simultaneous interpretation installations to Saudi Arabia’s parliament, AV equipment for the conferences relating to the Swedish EU presidency and for the World Bank Meetings in Dubai, a large conference installation in the new Belliard-building of the EU in Brussels or in the Danish Parliament.
Since the end of 2006, Audio Zeman s.r.o. represents Bittner Audio in the Czech Republic. The Prague company plays in the Czech Premiership of professional sound, public address and emergency solutions. Its technology and know-how can be found in projects such as the Prague metro, the Hilton Prague, office buildings and shopping centres, motorway tunnels, air traffic control in Prague, or the TipsportArena in Liberec.
Since the beginning of 2007 Gaplasa S.A. represents Bittner Audio in Spain. The Madrid company has made its mark with the intelligent integration of innovative audio technology in complex projects such as the Reina Sofia Airport (Tenerife South Airport), the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, Madrid, and the Almudena Cathedral, Madrid.
April 2007 saw TMC Ltd. launch Bittner Audio UK, which will be based in the North of England and will exclusively handle distribution for the UK and Ireland. Historically, TMC has made its name specialising in tailored solutions for every type of venue and live event throughout Europe. Installations include theatres, opera houses, casinos, gyms, stadia, arenas, universities, museums and churches.
Since May 2007 Bose India is Bittner’s exclusive distributor in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. The wholly owned subsidiary of the U.S. Bose Corporation focuses on two business segments: Retail for home solutions and on Professional Systems that provide customized complete turnkey audio-video and control system solutions for any public space such as airports, auditoriums, cinemas, conferencing facilities, hospitals, hotels, or stadia.
